Shipping Policy:
All shipping is provided via UPS. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase.
We require a signature for all deliveries
(You cannot Waive Signature Delivery)
We cannot deliver to P.O Boxes; the delivery address must be a street address.

What are your shipping cost and methods?
hellocouture.co.il is pleased to offer a variety of shipping service options to addresses within the US. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total dollar value of your order.
- Ground: (UPS usually delivers within 5-7 business days.)
- Express: (UPS usually delivers within 2-3 business days.)
- Overnight: (UPS usually delivers within 1 business day.)
- UPS does not deliver on the weekend or federal holidays.
UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, and on the third attempt the package is returned to hellocouture.co.il In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Web Credit for the returned goods.Return to top

International Shipping costs, methods and disclosure
International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping costs on the review page of the checkout process. This is the last page before finalizing your order. From this page you may either cancel or proceed with your order.
• UPS Worldwide Saver - UPS and hellocouture.co.il provide customs-cleared delivery to more than 50 destination countries. Most shipments to Europe or Asia are delivered within 2 to 3 business days after leaving hellocouture.net.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from hellocouture.net, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package. Return to top

Shipping restrictions
We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items. Return to top

How may I change an Order?
If for any reason that you would like to change your order, please email the customer service representative at info@hellocouture.com immediately. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request; however, please realize that once your order has been shipped, no modifications can be made until the merchandise has been returned to us. How may I Cancel a Order?
You may only cancel orders via telephone, or email, up to the time the order is shipped.
If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order for a Web Credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from hellocouture.co.il Return to top
What is the Return and Exchange Policy?
Hellocouture.co.il prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 business days, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with a Web Credit, less shipping costs.
All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery.
Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless hellocouture.net has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.
Please include the Return/Exchange Form, completely filled out with your order number, the date the order was delivered to you by UPS, billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being returned, item name, type option (size), single item price, total price of returned items, and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise.
Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock, and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for an exchange.
*Refunds are not permitted unless hellocouture.net has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item, and when the customer chooses not to receive an exchange of the incorrect item or damaged item for the correct item or a replacement.*

Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Hellocouture.co.il, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Hellocouture.co.il This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
